Return Policy
If you make a purchase from my available work and are unhappy with your purchase, you have 7 days to return your purchase for a refund. Please be aware the customer is responsible for all return fees. If you are returning a Professional print, please refer to the third-party's website of which you purchased your print and follow their instructions. Each piece of art shipped from Eric MF Media is covered under an insurance policy, therefore if your purchase is damaged during the shipping period, please contact me immediately, and then the shipping company to make a claim and resolve the issue. If you believe that you received the wrong piece of art, please contact me immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) to resolve the issue.

Commission Work
Please note that commission work is non-refundable once the work has been started. A deposit will be due prior to any work being done. Clients will be allowed one partial edit if client is not entirely satisfied. any further edits will be discussed and agreed upon between client and artist.
